Check-in Requirement
- All clients who booked online must present the order number or confirmation number or reference number show on your email.
- Kindly prepare your booking details before arrival. A photo will be taken for check-in verification.
Payment & Refund Policy
- We take online payment or offline payment, If you want to pay Cash, call for appointment and pay offline. If you pay Card ( Debit card, Credit card, Apple Pay will charge 5% convenient fee). In-store price may vary. Any questions call or email.
- Full refund is available within 12 hours for appointments booked through Godaddy (theasianmassage.com). Appointments made via Fresha are excluded.
- If you need to cancel your appointment more than 12 hours after booking, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This policy only applies to appointments made through our website (theasianmassage.com)
- For appointments made via Fresha, an 18% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations due to personal reasons, regardless of whether it is more than or less than 12 hours in advance.
- If you miss your appointment or need to reschedule, please call us proactively to arrange a new time. If no call is made after the scheduled time, 50% of the payment will be charged as a no-show fee. If your appointment has expired and you have not contacted us, and we are unable to reach you, no refund will be issued.
- If you feel uncomfortable during the service or wish to change technician, please let us know within the first 5-8 minutes. We will either arrange a replacement or offer a full refund (excluding appointments booked via Fresha, which will incur an 18% service fee). No refund will be provided once the service has been completed.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. We do not issue cash refunds unless the original payment was made in cash.
Health & Safety
- Please inform us in advance of any health conditions (e.g., fever, contagious illness).
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns.
